The lack of sleep is becoming a public health crisis....

....confirming why sleep is the best medicine. It limits what's going into your stress bucket and Rapid Eye Movement (REM) sleep in particular helps you to process negative thoughts.


Wouldn't it be wonderful to wake up after a good night's sleep, feeling refreshed. motivated and ready to take on your day. Well this is exactly what we've been designed to do....we didn't even have to learn to do it; we did it easily as babies.


I see so many people taking medication to sleep to counteract the coffee they've been sipping all day to keep awake!


And what about saying we're really busy all the time - who wants to advertise that they went to bed early - that's for kids and lazy people, right?


And let's not start with Netflix binges and mindless scrolling through Social Media.....


I'm not surprised at all that we are in a sleep epidemic
